For the major brands alone, there are an estimated 500 different models, which we repair in varying quantities each year.

With the advent of more digital models than ever before this number is increasing dramatically. Multiply the number of models by the parts contained in each camera or lens and you will see that it is unrealistic to have every part in stock.

As an Authorised service centre, we only order & stock genuine factory spare parts, this ensures your equipment will work as the factory designed it to after repair.

The correct parts are ordered after our technicians examine the unit. They identify the part numbers for any particular model, and this information is passed on to our administration staff who order parts daily.

Sale of spare parts separately is not a function of our operation. If you wish to obtain a part from a manufacturers agent or supplier yourself, bear in mind you risk purchasing the wrong part.

We only use trained technicians, and factory spare parts. If you want the job done cheaper which one would you like us to leave out?
