Proof of purchase.

Overseas purchase requirements
International warranty Card and proof of purchase.
In cases where this is not available, customers can contact Casio Customer Service in Sydney, Phone 1300 728 606. They will contact the supplier overseas to see if they will accept Warranty. This should be done prior to submitting the camera for repair.

In all cases warranty is established by submitting requirements as defined above, with the faulty equipment and after the technician's examination confirms that the fault or defect is not caused by customer misuse.
