We require a copy of the original Nikon worldwide warranty card showing the distributor as MacAlisters and / or proof of purchase.
Units purchased overseas in other countries
are NOT covered by warranty in Australia.
FILM CAMERAS
Purchased in Australia
Stamped and dated Nikon worldwide Warranty Card and /or proof of purchase.
(Also copy of extended warranty card for compact cameras if applicable)
Purchased Overseas
Stamped and dated Nikon worldwide Warranty Card and proof of purchase.
In all cases warranty is established by submitting requirements as defined above, with the faulty equipment and after the technician’s examination confirms that the fault or defect is not caused by customer misuse.
