Anderson Camera Repairs have been trusted to repair Sony cameras as an appointed agent for Sony.

For equipment under manufacturers or extended warranty please ensure that you include your warranty / proof of purchase / extended warranty claim number with your photographic equipment to minimise delays in obtaining paperwork.

Equipment can either be dropped into our Photographic Service Centre, or sent in by mail or courier. (See mail order instructions for further information.)

DO NOT INCLUDE digital memory cards, film, batteries or other unrelated accessories.

DO INCLUDE a copy of the warranty / proof of purchase, as the repair cannot proceed without this being received. Any prints showing the faults that you have experienced. If your equipment is under manufacturers or extended warranty.

Please keep a copy of your serial number in case you wish to contact us regarding progress. We will advise job tracking and updates through sms and email updates.

Please contact your extended warranty provider to register your claim and obtain claim number prior to sending your camera to us.
